Maddie's Christmas Party

I think this is one of the sweetest pictures. Grey sat with Santa and just stared at him the whole time. He held on to his beard tight. This Santa was so great that I told Joey that "I believed"

We were so proud of Maddie. She has never sat with Santa before. Ok when she was little I made her while she was screaming and crying. I know I will have to pay for the therapy for many years I am sure. She told Santa that she wanted a Game to learn her letters. I don't know what that might be but I sure hope Santa does.

Maddie sang with her class and did such a great job. She surprises me all the time. She was very good and very fun to watch.

Green Tips

"The Dirty Dozen" I know that organic foods can be really expensive but here is a list of 12 items that carry the highest level of residue, pesticides and other dangerous contaminations. Apples, Cherries, Grapes (imported Chili), Nectarines, Peaches, Pears,Raspberries,Strawberries,Bell peppers,Celery ,Potatoes,Spinach. Even after washing these items still hold on to bad things. If you can buy organic for these items. If you can't at least buy a good vegetable wash and really follow the directions( leaving it on for several minutes)

I have been trying to change some simple things to make our family more "Green" I think we should all try to work at making our earth and our families a little more healthy. I am going to try to post simple household tips that I find in my own journey. I hope you will try some of them out.
