I don't feel good!

Grey went to the doctor today and he has another ear infection. He also had a little wheeze in his chest so the doctor thought it would be best to do a round of breathing treatments. He sat with daddy like a champ but halfway through he was done and wanted nothing more to do with the mask. This will sure be a fun 12 days :) He seems to feel much better after the antibiotic kicked in. He is such a sweet boy. Ok can you tell I am totally taken by this little guy???

Green Tips

"The Dirty Dozen" I know that organic foods can be really expensive but here is a list of 12 items that carry the highest level of residue, pesticides and other dangerous contaminations. Apples, Cherries, Grapes (imported Chili), Nectarines, Peaches, Pears,Raspberries,Strawberries,Bell peppers,Celery ,Potatoes,Spinach. Even after washing these items still hold on to bad things. If you can buy organic for these items. If you can't at least buy a good vegetable wash and really follow the directions( leaving it on for several minutes)

I have been trying to change some simple things to make our family more "Green" I think we should all try to work at making our earth and our families a little more healthy. I am going to try to post simple household tips that I find in my own journey. I hope you will try some of them out.
